Object to reports about your vehicle

If a registration here is yours and you object to what is published about it, you can say so under Article 21 of the GDPR. You do not need an account, you do not need to prove the vehicle is yours, and you do not need to argue any law — tell us about your situation and a person will weigh it.

Warning:

Sending this does not take anything down

An objection is weighed, not applied. Nothing about that registration changes while we look at it. If the reports are about a vehicle that is not yours, the other form is the faster one and it does change the page straight away — this is not my vehicle.

Your own vehicle's registration, in full.

So we can tell you what was decided. It is not published anywhere.

Tell us about your situation — what the effect on you is. You do not need to argue any law, and you do not need to send documents.

What happens next

  • A person reads what you have written and weighs it against the reasons this platform publishes reports at all.
  • We answer within one month, at the address you give, whichever way it goes.
  • If we agree, nothing about that registration is published again: the page stops being available and no further reports can be filed against it. The reports are not deleted from our records — the same is true when somebody deletes their own account — but nothing is published and nothing can be found.
  • If we do not agree, we tell you why, and how to take it further. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission at any point, and you do not have to come back to us first.
  • We do not ask you for documents and do not want copies of any.

If that is not quite it
